Delivery Information
General Information:
All the orders are executed from our store Sameer Computer Book Shop, Shop No.1 & 2, 27/B Siddharth Chambers, Budhwar Peth, Pune - 411 002 (MS) India. We suggest to all our customer's to book orders well before they want it delivered for your exam preparations to compensate any delays which may be caused due to unavoidable circumstances in some cases. In India delivering goods on time is still a great challenge. We hope you always keep this thing in mind before placing any orders.
i.'Cash-on-Delivery Service:
CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS MOMENT.
ii.Delivery charges:
Local, Regional and National Delivery At present, we are charging based on weight of your order. It will be added at the last stage of ordering just before you make the payment.
International Delivery: Kindly write and email to us for a quotation along with your address, contact details and books/periodicals you wish to order.
iii.Packaging
We pack the ordered Products immediately on receipt of orders. We use card-board and nylon stings to protect the ordered Products from damage.
iv. Delivery Information:
a.Local Delivery:
Depending on your location, we dispatch the Products through reputed courier agency. In normal circumstances it takes 2-3 working days for delivering order in local areas.
b.Regional Delivery:
If the address is of remote location, then we dispatch Products through 'Registered-Post'. In normal circumstances it takes 3-5 working days for delivery in different towns.
c.National Delivery:
Deliveries out of Maharashtra are done through Air or Surface Courier Agencies. In normal circumstances it takes 3-7 working days to delivery in different states in India.
d.International Delivery:
We can also ship ordered books to any corners of the world though Air-mail or reputed courier agencies. Kindly take the shipping charges quotation before confirming your order.
v. Shipment Tracking:
Upon dispatching your ordered Products, we update your account with the shipping details like the Tracking No., Courier Company Website, Postage details etc. We urge all our customers to keep track of your shipments and communicate with the Post / Courier Company in case of any delays or inconvenience.
